KSeF-Ready Starter — educational checklist pack for Polish e-invoicing
KSeF-Ready is a downloadable readiness pack for small Polish firms and foreign sellers who deal with Polish invoices under mandatory KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur). It is not software, not legal or tax advice, and not the official Ministry of Finance taxpayer app.
Price: $39.90 USD one-time. Checkout is via Polar (card in USD). After payment, Polar emails the receipt and file download to the email you use at checkout. This site does not store card data.

- Foreign sellers dealing with Polish invoices who need a plain-English receive/issue checklist
- Owners who already know the mandates are coming and want a structured first pass with their accountant
2026 dates used in this pack (official MF sources)
- 1 February 2026 — Receiving via KSeF generally mandatory; issuing mandatory for large taxpayers (2024 sales with VAT > 200 mln PLN); KSeF 2.0 production.
- 1 April 2026 — Issuing mandatory for remaining taxpayers (subject to tiny-issuer monthly relief).
- Through 31 December 2026 — If monthly sales documented by relevant invoices stay ≤ 10 000 PLN brutto, issuing outside KSeF may still be allowed (transitional).
- 1 January 2027 — Issue obligation for previously deferred tiny issuers.
