1. Products

A11yReady sells downloadable digital readiness packs (templates, checklists, guides) at the price shown on each product page. The packs are educational material only. They are not legal advice and not a certification or compliance guarantee.

2. Payment and merchant of record

Checkout, payment, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Polar's terms also apply to your purchase.

3. Delivery

The pack is delivered immediately after payment as a download through Polar and by e-mail.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

By purchasing you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once download/access has been provided (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(ğ)). See our refund policy. Faulty or undelivered products will be corrected or replaced; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pack within your own organization. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the pack. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
